So forgive me for the tardiness of these posts, but let’s just say April and May have become one massive action packed adventure. Let’s catch up.
In case you’ve forgotten Jona now lives in the UK! Pictorial proof provided (you can tell it’s in the UK because of how happy Jona is).
Now I don’t know if you’ve heard, but the UK can be a cold, cloudy and miserable place. Mediterranean islands on the other hand are often sunny, warm and hot. So no offense England/Wales, but Jona and I decided to take a brief hiatus from your wonderful landscape and head down to Sardinia for some more summery times.
So it turns out Sardinia is awesome! It’s full of gorgeous beaches, yummy food, amazing cliffs and some of the best couchsurfers ever! Jona and I stayed with this amazing couple, Nina and Andrea, who are starting a super cool sustainable farm project (it is seriously awesome and currently involves baby geese).
They were so nice they not only housed and fed us for 3 days, they showed us around the island and took us climbing too.
Overall it ended up being a perfect long weekend. There was napping on the beach, cliff climbing, and much good food and conversation. You should probably check it out.
